Hayley Chan



Hayley started her research career in Survey Research Hong Kong (acquired by AC Nielsen) after graduation at University of Toronto and has spent a total of 19 years in the industry. She lived in Canada and worked in the insurance industry for a few years before rejoining AC Nielsen in 1995. After Nielsen she worked in Taylor Nelson Sofres and WPP Communications Hong Kong (former Research International) where she was Director heading a team of researchers.

She works on both qualitative and quantitative projects, and is specialized in qualitative study. She is experienced in conducting consumer research in the Asia Pacific region as well as American and European markets. Hayley also provides research training to client.
